Shoping with SimplyAsus

SimplyAsus is a leading online retailer of Acer Laptops.
At SimplyAsus postage and packing is always completely free! Items that are in stock are usually dispatched within 24 hours by First Class mail and delivery usually then takes 3–5 working days.

 

Searching with SimplyAsus

The easiest way to find what you're looking for is to search for it. The ‘Search’ box is on the right of every page, at the top.
Simply type the title of what you are looking for into the box and click ‘Search’

 

Buying

Buying at SimplyAsus is easy and secure.


Choosing an item:
When you find an item you want to purchase, click the ‘Add to basket’ button.
The item will be added to your ‘Shopping Basket’ this is found on the top right of the page.
Paying for your item:
When you are ready to buy, click the ‘Checkout’ button in the Shopping Basket.
Creating an account:
The first time you make a purchase with us you will need to register and create an account. The account will store your name, address and credit/debit card details. This only takes a couple of minutes to set up and is fully secure.

Choosing your payment option
During the checkout process we will ask you to confirm the delivery address and show you the total cost of your purchase.

Confirming your item
Once you have checked your order details and clicked ‘Confirm’ your purchase is complete.

 

Card Security
Visa and Mastercard have introduced new security checks for the protection of credit and debit cards online. As a result you may be asked for your Verified by Visa or MasterCard® SecureCode™ password when completing a purchase on SimplyAsus. To find out more about these services:

·         What happens if I am not registered for Verified by Visa or MasterCard® SecureCode™?

If your order requires one of these additional security checks and you are not already registered with your card issuer, you will be prompted to register securely during the checkout process and create a password for your card. If you're unsure about this new service, you may be able to complete your order without registering but we recommend that you contact your card issuer to find out more about the service.

·         I'm registered but when do I enter my details?

If further information is required, you will be asked for it as you complete your order. Remember your Verified by Visa or MasterCard® SecureCode™ password is not your SimplyAsus  password and SimplyAsus  does not have access to your Verified by Visa or MasterCard® SecureCode™ password.

·         I have outstanding orders that need verification, how do I verify them?

Once you log in to your SimplyAsus  account any orders requiring verification will be displayed. They are also listed in your 'Orders'. However, if you try to place further orders all orders that require verification will be displayed after you complete your purchases.

 

If you have problems verifying your orders you should contact your card issuer before trying to verify them again on SimplyAsus

·         If I have a problem with Verified by Visa or MasterCard® SecureCode™ who should I contact?

You should contact the card issuer who issued your card. Their contact details are normally found on the back of your credit/debit card
